For our client, we are seeking a Lead Software Engineer Artificial Intelligence AI to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Healthcare workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the main frontend using frameworks like React or Angular
Build user interfaces for agent workflows, from creation to monitoring
Develop modular chatbot components for integration into different products
Create responsive dashboards and visualizations for agent performance
Design interactive forms to aid in agent setup processes
Implement real-time notifications for agent status updates
Collaborate with UX teams to translate designs into interactive interfaces
Ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend APIs

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years of frontend development experience, with 6+ years in modern JavaScript frameworks
Expert-level proficiency in React and/or Angular
Strong experience in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+) best practices
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors or CSS-in-JS
Experience with state management libraries for complex applications
Knowledge of build tools and bundlers, like Webpack or Vite
Strong experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
