For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Designer LMTS to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design Piper's interface for understanding leads, setting personality, and handling objections
- Craft the live chat and video interface that allows Piper to engage with users as a credible representative
- Prototype design concepts using code and AI tools rather than traditional software like Figma
- Rapidly iterate on design decisions and ship work with a focus on quality and speed
- Develop design patterns for autonomous agents in enterprise sales, contributing to an emerging framework
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience, with 2+ years specializing in AI or conversational interfaces
- Understanding of LLM behavior, including latency, streaming, and failure modes in design contexts
- Proficient in AI tools and integrating them into design workflows as a core practice
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, showcasing a refined taste for design aesthetics
- Ability to define problems and solutions collaboratively without relying solely on detailed briefs
- Experience working directly with engineering and machine learning teams, fostering a hands-on culture
