Lead Product Designer, AI & Agentic Workflows

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Designer, AI & Agentic Workflows to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Use code for design to explore ideas and system behaviors
• Rapidly prototype concepts with AI-native tools via 'vibe coding'
• Define agent behaviors and interactions across workflows
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve prototypes into scalable solutions
• Create collaboration models for humans and agents
• Design platform-level components for AI systems
• Translate complex behaviors into user-friendly experiences
• Utilize tools like Figma for design refinement and communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, focusing on complex applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agent-based systems
• Experience building high-quality design systems at scale
• Visual clarity and attention to detail are essential
• Strong systems thinking impacting user journeys
• Experience balancing design for enterprise and consumer audiences
• Commitment to accessibility, personalization, and inclusivity
• Proactive problem-solver in undefined spaces
