For our client, we are seeking a Lead Data Scientist Product to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis to inform product-led growth and B2B strategies
- Develop insights to drive product activation, engagement, and monetization
- Utilize AI tools for self-service analytics for stakeholders
- Own success metrics and opportunity sizing to improve execution
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on experiment design
- Advance the company's experimentation culture and practices
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in a growth function
- Strong business intuition to identify growth opportunities
- Proficient in statistical analysis and A/B testing
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and a growth mindset
