LATAM Channel Marketing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a LATAM Channel Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,000 – $209,515 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop regional channel marketing strategy aligned with global priorities
• Translate global campaigns into scalable local programs
• Serve as primary marketing liaison for LATAM channel leadership
• Lead regional activation of campaigns and partner events
• Oversee Co-Op and MDF funding compliance and impact
• Establish metrics for performance and monitor budget contributions
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in channel, partner, or field marketing
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred
• Experience with distributors and resellers in LATAM
• Strong grasp of LATAM's diverse market conditions
• Proven track record of translating global strategies for local execution
• Ability to drive marketing initiatives for pipeline and revenue growth
• Competent in managing marketing budgets and partner-funded programs
• Excellent program and project management capabilities
