Investment Data Scientist (Denver, CO)

For our client, we are seeking a Investment Data Scientist (denver Co) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Finance & Insurance space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable analyses for investment due diligence
• Own and improve the diligence data domain
• Collaborate with the AI product team on developing the AI diligence platform
• Execute company diligence processes using AI tools
• Mentor junior Data Scientists and manage their technical projects
• Implement data-centric strategies to enhance investment processes
• Provide analytical support during live due diligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field; Master's preferred
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or related disciplines
• Commercial consulting or investment banking experience is advantageous
• Background in financial services or private equity preferred
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
