For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Inbound Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $173,200 – $259,800 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead global inbound strategy, building and executing roadmaps for paid acquisition and engagement
- Own performance marketing, managing global paid media channels with an optimization mindset
- Develop full-funnel engagement programs to convert inbound leads into high-value opportunities
- Own the email strategy from acquisition through nurture and reactivation to drive business action
- Partner with content and product teams to create impactful webinars that educate and convert
- Track KPIs, analyze conversion paths, and test growth levers with a focus on ROI and CAC efficiency
- Lead a dedicated team of channel specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid media budgets across regions
- Deep understanding of inbound and lifecycle marketing, including email and webinar-driven funnels
- Data-obsessed mindset with strong proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution, and A/B testing
