Group Product Owner, PSAO Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Group Product Owner, PSAO Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will own the vision and roadmap for a critical product area that supports healthcare and pharmacy-related solution delivery. The position is focused on translating customer needs, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities into a clear product strategy that drives measurable business value. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape offerings, improve workflows, and guide product decisions from discovery through launch.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,600 – $283,250 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the solution portfolio
• Maintain an outcome-focused roadmap for key product capabilities
• Prioritize product investments based on customer value and business impact
• Translate regulatory and customer insights into product strategy
• Oversee strategy and roadmap for payment capabilities, including user experience and workflow efficiency
• Monitor and define success measures for various product solutions
• Lead product discovery and strategy for direct contract support offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management or pharmacy services roles
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Experience with payment reconciliation, audit/compliance, and pharmacy quality programs preferred
• Background in developing new offerings or service models from concept to launch
