For our client, we are seeking a Group Product Manager - Financial Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $243,865 – $286,900 annually

Responsibilities

Define and own product strategy for finance transformation and process automation
Manage and mentor product managers, enhancing product craft and stakeholder management
Lead high-impact initiatives including reconciliation tooling and SOX-compliant change management
Act as a subject matter expert on finance operations, identifying automation opportunities
Partner with senior leaders to prioritize and manage a portfolio of initiatives
Define the future-state finance technology landscape
Represent finance users in tech implementations and drive training programs
Conduct analyses to guide decision-making in financial and crypto products

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing PMs
Ability to effectively utilize generative AI tools in workflows
Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Deep knowledge of financial products and reporting
Experience in building scalable solutions for financial operations
Successful track record in fast-paced business-critical systems
Strong influence across diverse senior stakeholders
Curiosity and enthusiasm for crypto and Web3
