For our client, we are seeking a Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This leader will shape and scale B2B paid acquisition efforts across the full funnel, with a strong focus on media strategy, optimization, and measurable growth outcomes. The role will translate audience insights into budgeted channel plans and connect creative, targeting, and testing to revenue impact. You will also partner closely with leadership to build forecasts, refine measurement, and guide performance decisions across multiple paid channels.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own execution and performance of B2B paid acquisition campaigns, emphasizing full-funnel strategy and optimization
- Translate target audiences into detailed media plans with proper budget allocation and KPI frameworks
- Build and maintain growth forecasts tied to revenue targets, including CAC and efficiency goals
- Lead strategy and execution for multiple paid channels, driving B2B growth across platforms
- Develop a unified roadmap for testing, budgeting, and insights across channels
- Design a robust measurement framework that aligns channel performance with revenue outcomes
- Manage experimentation across B2B marketing, including hypothesis development and scaling successes
- Monitor performance metrics and communicate insights and risks to leadership
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in digital or performance marketing, specializing in B2B paid acquisition and full-funnel media strategy
- Expertise in creating comprehensive media plans that align with revenue goals
- Proven success in connecting creative and targeting with measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on experience in media buying, optimization, and structured testing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to model and forecast performance metrics such as ROI and pipeline contribution
- Experience in managing and developing small teams with a focus on coaching and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced attribution techniques
