Forward Deployed Creative Designer, Email

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Creative Designer, Email to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape high-craft lifecycle and email creative for enterprise customers, translating brand standards into scalable campaign systems. You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders, product, and engineering to improve workflow efficiency and user experience while driving performance through testing and iteration. The ideal candidate brings a standout portfolio, deep email design experience, and the ability to work confidently in complex enterprise approval environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for enterprise client engagements, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Create on-brand email systems that deliver impactful lifecycle campaigns.
• Produce high-quality email designs that meet customer expectations and needs.
• Drive data-informed creative decisions through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance platform workflows and user experience.
• Develop and document successful email patterns and strategies for scaling best practices.

Qualifications

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing real lifecycle and email campaigns with a strong craft emphasis.
• Extensive experience designing hundreds of emails for lifecycle programs.
• Proficient in modern AI tools and models, with hands-on experience applying them in design workflows.
• Experience working with complex enterprise marketing teams and navigating brand approval processes.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing metrics and engagement strategies.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, demonstrated through portfolio work and the ability to explain design choices.
