For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, US PDAC Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This leader will shape and execute the U.S. marketing direction for a highly specialized oncology portfolio, translating global strategy into plans that support regional execution. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and commercial stakeholders to drive thoughtful market insight, compliant messaging, and effective launch and lifecycle planning.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $252,000 – $315,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead global collaboration on marketing plans aligned with the relevant RAS programs
- Define and implement global marketing strategy and support regional execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights and marketing plans
- Partner with the Customer Marketing Team to understand key institution needs and the competitive landscape
- Participate in shaping strategic partnerships and omnichannel marketing tactics with global teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in marketing plans
- Manage agency relationships and ensure workflow supports U.S. marketing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 12-15 years of experience in biotech/pharma, including global strategic marketing
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and leading product launches
- Experience in a smaller, rapidly growing company is valuable
- Ability to generate insights to create innovative marketing strategies
- Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills for effective prioritization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for external representation and communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for supporting cancer patients
