Enterprise Marketing Director

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Marketing Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own the enterprise story, shaping messaging that connects complex capabilities across portfolios into a clear, compelling market narrative. The position partners closely with go-to-market leadership, executives, and analysts to strengthen visibility, align positioning, and support high-impact strategic conversations. It also leads advisory board activity and helps build the marketing team supporting this enterprise-wide agenda.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise narrative and messaging framework across all communications
• Develop analyst briefing presentations and educate the go-to-market team on key findings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure portfolio messaging aligns with the enterprise narrative
• Translate competitive intelligence into narrative and strategy implications for marketing
• Prepare materials and input for high-level executive meetings and investor discussions
• Lead the customer and executive advisory board program, overseeing agenda and logistics
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for narrative drafting and competitive-signal synthesis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or product marketing, with direct experience owning narrative or messaging at an enterprise or category level
• Demonstrated experience working directly with industry analysts and preparing executive-level briefing materials
• Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills; ability to translate complex, cross-portfolio capabilities into a coherent category narrative
• Comfort operating without a single assigned product or portfolio; this role's scope is defined by the enterprise story, not a solution area
• Ability to travel for in-person conferences, analyst briefings, and executive events, approximately 15%
• Proven leadership skills in hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier marketing talent
