For our client, we are seeking a Director, Value Strategy & Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This leader will shape payer-facing value strategy across a portfolio that includes Rare Disease and Oncology therapies. The role will translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions and help ensure launch and lifecycle plans reflect the needs of U.S. payers and health systems. It will also partner closely with market access leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to strengthen customer engagement priorities and support strategic investment decisions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $208,319 – $281,844 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead value strategy for Rare Disease and Oncology portfolios
- Define and communicate differentiated payer value propositions
- Guide payer-relevant evidence strategy and identify evidence gaps
- Integrate payer considerations into launch and lifecycle plans
- Partner with Market Access leadership on customer engagement priorities
- Oversee development of payer value resources and communications
- Manage portfolio budgets and strategic investment priorities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech with U.S. market access expertise
- Experience in Rare Disease and/or Oncology preferred
- Demonstrated people leadership and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of U.S. payer decision-making dynamics
- Ability to synthesize evidence into actionable value strategies
