Director, Alliances Partner Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Director Alliances Partner Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and awareness
• Create co-messaging and campaigns tailored for specific industries or audiences
• Increase engagement with hyperscaler partners to drive demand and pipeline
• Design frameworks and activation playbooks for consistent global execution
• Drive measurable growth in alliance-sourced and alliance-influenced pipeline
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to showcase the company value
• Monitor market trends and competitive insights to inform marketing strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or communications
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5 years in technology alliance partnerships
• 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Proven track record in driving alliance-sourced and alliance-influenced pipeline
• Experience with Microsoft and AWS partnerships
• Strong storytelling skills to translate technical capabilities into actionable use cases
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and digital marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Gainsight)
