For our client, we are seeking a Development Program Manager (q-Systems: Connectivity) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design, pre-construction and construction activities for Q-Systems
- Support network infrastructure deployments across the portfolio
- Coordinate with technology teams to meet facility needs
- Manage port schedule creation for development projects
- Review project design for compliance with the company standards
- Create updates on project status for executive reviews
- Implement multi-phased site development plans for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 8-10+ years of experience in mission critical data center facilities delivery
- 8-10+ years managing technology design, implementation and project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- US Citizenship required due to federal contracts
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, with average trips of 2-3 days every other week
