Data Center Global Program Manager - MEP Construction

For our client, we are seeking a Data Center Global Program Manager - MEP Construction to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Real Estate & Construction space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Administer the construction program process across global data center locations
• Develop and manage program budget and cash flow, securing approvals as needed
• Lead cross-functional teams, balancing multiple programs and priorities
• Engage with technical authorities and develop program documentation
• Identify and address process and communication gaps in data center programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of program management experience with 3 years specifically in data center infrastructure
• Experience with formal program management methodologies
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in high-tech environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
