Data Center Construction Regional/Program Manager (onsite/remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Data Center Construction Regional/Program Manager (onsite/Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects, updating budgets and schedules
• Communicate status reports for executive reviews monthly
• Develop master project plans with stakeholders and teams
• Handle permitting and entitlement for construction projects
• Ensure project plans meet time, budget, and quality standards
• Write scopes of work and participate in procurement processes
• Evaluate pricing proposals and manage contractor interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in commercial construction practices and project management
• Experience with Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build project delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to be onsite 50% of the time to monitor progress
