For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Product Manager (phd/psyd) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $106,000 – $162,500 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact self-care resources including articles and videos based on evidence and feedback
- Create customized content for diverse populations through qualitative research
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, providing clinical insights and guidance
- Enhance and refine AI tools through clinical testing and quality assurance
- Work with cross-functional teams on self-care initiatives and innovations
- Track emerging trends in self-care to enhance engagement and clinical value
- Deliver training for internal teams to promote self-care resources
- Support localization of self-care materials for global outreach
Qualifications
- PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling psychology
- Licensed psychologist with a minimum of 2 years of full-time direct clinical experience post-licensure
- Exceptional writing skills with a focus on client-facing mental health materials development
- Proficient in evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, DBT, etc.) and wellness interventions
- Experience in teaching skills groups (DBT, CBT, MBSR) directly to clients
- Preferred experience as a mindfulness trainer/practitioner and in providing culturally responsive care
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
