Associate Director, Medical Omnichannel Data Scientist (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Medical Omnichannel Data Scientist (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $169,222 – $253,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Explore and analyze pharmaceutical data and integrate it from multiple sources
• Apply NLP to extract insights from unstructured medical texts
• Identify key data drivers and create visualizations for communication
• Implement predictive analytics models to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with MLOps engineers to build and deploy predictive models
• Design recommendation systems to personalize stakeholder communications
• Optimize omnichannel campaign strategies using data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data sciences or computer science with 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data analytics modeling techniques
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, or similar modeling and simulation software
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and unstructured data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated experience in implementing machine learning projects end-to-end
• Agile skills and familiarity with healthcare industry datasets
