For our client, we are seeking a ARPA-H Senior Scientist / Engineer (regenerative Medicine / Tissue Engineering / Biomedical Engineering) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,000 – $185,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Assist and advise the Program Manager on program development and progress
- Conduct thorough evaluations of the R&D landscape to identify research gaps
- Monitor the progress of performers against established metrics
- Develop briefings for both technical and non-technical audiences based on complex information
- Review scientific and technical data critically using logical reasoning
- Integrate into the team while also operating independently in R&D support
- Perform administrative tasks, including analyzing and writing programmatic reports
Qualifications
- PhD in tissue engineering, biomedical engineering, regenerative therapeutics, genetic engineering, gene editing, or cell therapy
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience in biotech or biopharmaceutical sectors, preferably with startups or mid-cap companies
- Experience in regulatory affairs is essential
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced features and shortcuts
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
- Demonstrated professional curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to secure a federal government Public Trust clearance
