AI/ML Software Engineer (Remote in Arizona)

For our client, we are seeking a Ai/ml Software Engineer (remote In Arizona) to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Legal & Accounting workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,000 – $190,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, fine-tune, deploy and maintain ML models for AI features
• Create and troubleshoot backend API services for ML model interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions
• Stay updated on generative AI and machine learning trends
• Rapidly prototype new AI product features and write clean code

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing machine learning code for production systems
• Familiarity with generative AI techniques such as RAG, LoRA, and RLHF
• Experience in creating and using proprietary data sets for model training
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn
• Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
