Job Description

Spendesk is leading the way in financial innovation across Europe. Under the direction of our CEO Axel Demazy, we are building a high-performing, collaborative team to accelerate the next phase of our product-led growth.You will play a pivotal role in building and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, creating compelling messaging, and enabling our sales and marketing teams for success.If you thrive in translating product value into customer impact, project managing complex launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• GTM Launch Plans & Releases
• Own and project manage comprehensive product launch communications plans across multiple product lines.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer, and Data teams to define GTM approach and channel mix by customer segment.
• Coordinate product release timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and launch goals are achieved.
• Sales Enablement
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to deliver impactful sales enablement sessions and materials.
• Manage the creation and delivery of customer-facing product roadmaps and training sessions to ensure sales teams are equipped to win.
• ICP & Persona Messaging
• Develop and own the messaging framework and GTM playbook for all GTM teams and markets.
• Ensure consistent, compelling persona-based messaging across all communications and channels.
• GTM Collateral
• Take full ownership of marketing and sales collateral from ideation to execution, including battlecards, product sheets, website product pages, demo library, and sales slide decks.
• Work alongside Marketing to ensure all assets reflect brand guidelines and product positioning.
• Integration Partners
• Collaborate with integration partners to define and communicate joint GTM plans and technical specifications for both internal and external audiences.
• Support partner marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
• Your impact
• Drive successful product launches that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
• Ensure sales and marketing teams are equipped with best-in-class tools, content, and messaging.
• Strengthen alignment between Product and GTM teams to maximise customer value and market impact.

What We're Looking For

• Strategic & Organised : Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end product launches and GTM projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent Communicator : Both strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.
• Collaborative : Experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
• Analytical & Creative : Ability to use data and customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.
• Technical Proficiency : Comfortable navigating product specs and technical documentation; able to translate features into benefits for different audiences.
