Job ContextWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing activities and coordinate across the Creative, Digital Media, Content, CRM, and Production teams. es● Develop and maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and communication across all marketing channels and customer touchpoint
s.● Support the development and execution of brand strategy and positioning to strengthen La’am’s market presenc
e.● Plan, launch, and manage new marketing campaigns across relevant channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growt
h.● Lead the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department, including developing monthly marketing plans and ensuring timely execution across all team
s.● Coordinate and manage integrated marketing campaigns across Creative, Digital Media, CRM, Content, and Production team
s.● Manage PR activities, influencer collaborations, brand partnership initiatives, and coordinate with third-party agencies, vendors, and production partners to ensure quality executio
n.● Identify and support B2B partnership opportunities to expand La’am’s reach through strategic collaborations and business relationship
s.● Support budget planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional marketing initiative

Requireme
nts● BBA in Marketing or Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputed universi
ty.● 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role. Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or a marketing agency will be an advanta
ge.● Experience working with Creative, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Content tea
ms.● Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint (PPT), and AI too
