The Role
We’re looking for a Strategist to join our growing Strategy & Insights team—someone who blends cultural curiosity with strategic clarity. In this role, you’ll lead creator-first campaign strategies from insight to execution: uncovering trends, shaping content direction, defining KPIs, and identifying opportunities for creative and performance optimizations.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, paid, and execution leads, confidently presenting your thinking to both clients and internal teams. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance—able to flex across insight, storytelling, and real-time problem solving.
📝 What You’ll Do
- Collaborate across sales, paid media, and execution teams to ensure alignment
- Lead campaign strategy from initial research through post-campaign optimizations
- Craft strategic proposals and lead client-facing presentations
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, distilling insights into actionable strategy
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned to brand goals
- Outline creator strategy and sample talent using Kyra’s proprietary tools
- Write inspiring, insight-led creative briefs and POVs that shape content direction
- Monitor performance during and post-campaign to recommend campaign optimizations
- Evolve internal frameworks, mentor junior strategists, and contribute to new business
- Contribute to trend decks, industry reports, and thought leadership materials that elevate Kyra’s market presence
✅ You Bring
- 7+ years in brand strategy, influencer marketing, or digital/social planning (brand in-house preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Gen Z, cultural trends, and influencer ecosystems
- Strong written and verbal communication—able to turn insights into compelling narratives
- Comfort with tools like social listening, digital ethnography, and platform analysis
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and navigating ambiguity
- Experience with direct reports and/or mentoring junior to mid-level team members
- A proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and self-manage
