UX/UI Designer (SaaS, Enterprise Product)

What can you do with us?

• Shaping the user experience and user interface of our platform - your ideas will have a real impact on how our product looks and feels;
• Designing user journeys, flows, maps, wireframes, and mockups to turn complex problems into intuitive solutions;
• Getting to know our users: gathering and evaluating their needs through self-driven research, listening to feedback, and spotting opportunities for improvement;
• Testing your designs with real users to make sure what you create truly works for them;
• Tackling UX/UI challenges head-on, whether it’s responsiveness, usability, or something unexpected, you’ll help us keep the experience smooth across devices;
• Working hand-in-hand with our Frontend Developers to bring your designs to life, making sure what you envisioned is what users get;
• Getting involved in design initiatives across the company, sharing ideas, and helping us raise the bar for great design.

What should you bring to KYP.ai?

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing responsive web application designs and a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles;
• Relevant certifications or completed courses in UX/UI design (e.g., UX Design Certificate, Interaction Design Foundation) are a plus;
• Practical experience designing web applications and proven cooperation with Frontend Developers to ensure seamless design implementation;
• Proficiency with Figma (must-have); knowledge of other design tools (such as Sketch or Adobe XD) is a plus;
• Experience in designing responsive web applications and optimizing them for usability;
• Familiarity with data mining and process mining software is a plus, with a strong interest and willingness to understand the complexities of the software we create;
• Willingness to improve and optimize our design processes and workflows;
• Excellent communication skills to gather requirements, present concepts, defend design choices to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers;
• Ability to work efficiently in English and Polish.
