Content Graphic Designer

KYP.ai platform - Productivity 360° captures enormous amount of unstructured information, skillfully blends process and task mining techniques to analyze it and ultimately help companies see, understand and act on how work gets done. With AI-driven analytics, we provide rapid insights into patterns and inefficiencies to transform companies' ways of working.

What does it mean to you? Joining a start-up/scale-up company comprised of experienced individuals amazed by process mining, digital transformation, and ultimately the potential of AI/ML. Working hand-in-hand with the VP of Marketing (US) and Marketing Manager (Poland) and being responsible for content creation (65%) and graphic design (35%), focusing on crafting captivating content that elevates KYP.ai and drives results.

Content Creation Rockstar

• You're a master at translating raw, business inputs and marketing ideas into a strong editorial calendar; creating engaging content across various channels.
• You have experience creating content for all stages of the funnel and can integrate best conversion practices, personalization at scale, and end to end campaign content creation.
• You excel at conceptualizing mood and visuals, ensuring everything aligns with our brand identity.

You'll take content from ideation to final production, creating powerful assets for:

• Corporate presentations & pitches.
• Whitepapers, use cases, case studies and other creative assets.
• Infographics & social media creative.
• Campaign visuals.
• Sales enablement resources.
• Website content and concepts.
• Product-forward content such as data sheets and web copy.
• After creation, you'll polish it all up with top-notch editing and post-production skills.

Graphic Design Guru

• You'll be the shepherd of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels. This includes developing a brand style guide and maintaining a cohesive visual voice.

Toolkit

• You're a wizard with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) – a must-have!
• You're fluent in Figma (another must-have!) and comfortable navigating WordPress or other CMS platforms. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience in content creation and graphic design may be considered in place of formal education.
• Proven experience in content creation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital/social platforms..
• You possess a keen eye for design principles, current trends, and best practices across platforms.
• You're a tech-savvy individual who keeps up with the latest design tools and trends.
• A sharp eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition is a must.
• Previous experience in the SaaS/Enterprise/B2B Marketing is required.
• You can zoom out to see the big picture while staying meticulous with details.

Bonus points for:

• Animation skills.
• Video editing proficiency.
• Creating original illustrations.
• Experience in technology/SaaS companies.
• A knack for crafting digital product designs, visuals, and mockups.
• Being data-driven, inspired by user research and market insights.
