Webflow & Framer Developer & Designer

We are a global recruitment and outsourcing agency on the lookout for a Webflow & Framer Developer & Designer for one of our clients, a Sydney-based web design and digital marketing agency.

This is a fully remote role for someone who can take a website from brief to polished live build — not just someone who can work from templates. You should have a strong eye for design, solid Webflow and/or Framer experience, and the ability to independently manage both design and development.

Contract Term: Ongoing

Part-Time Hours: Monday–Friday / 12PM–4PM Sydney Time

Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday / 9AM–6PM Sydney Time

Part-Time Monthly Salary: USD 600–750, depending on experience

Full-Time Monthly Salary: USD 1,200–1,500, depending on experience

Schedule: Part-Time for the first month, transitioning to Full-Time from the second month

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build client websites in Webflow and Framer from start to finish.

- Work from briefs, wireframes, reference sites, or Figma designs to create polished websites.

- Create original website designs rather than relying solely on pre-built templates.

- Set up CMS structures and ensure websites are fully responsive across all devices and breakpoints.

- Implement basic on-page SEO structure and best practices.

- Add interactions, animations, and micro-interactions where appropriate.

- Conduct QA, final testing, and website handovers before launch.

- Handle ongoing updates and improvements for existing client websites.

- Provide creative input and recommend improvements when briefs or designs could be strengthened.

- Communicate progress clearly and flag blockers early.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience working with Webflow and/or Framer.

- Strong portfolio of live websites that you personally designed and built.

- Strong visual design sense with an understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and usability.

- Proficiency in Figma.

- Ability to independently take a project from brief through design, development, QA, and launch.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished work.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Reliable with deadlines and proactive in communicating challenges or delays.

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving agency environment.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with GSAP or advanced Webflow interactions.

- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for custom embeds or functionality.

- Experience working with Australian, UK, or US clients.

- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
