Job Overview
One of our clients is looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage content, oversee engagement, and support marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can work independently, take initiative, and ensure marketing operations run smoothly. You’ll be working directly with leadership, supporting social media management, content creation, ad campaigns, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms for eight brands.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and propose fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn Ads (setup & monitoring).
Graphic & Content Support
- Use Canva to design social media posts, banners, and ads.
- Maintain branding consistency across all designs.
Ads & Marketing Support
- Assist in setting up and monitoring basic social media ad campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve ad effectiveness.
Administrative Support
- Organize and manage schedules, emails, and follow-ups for marketing tasks.
- Maintain digital assets and documents related to branding and campaigns.
- Assist in reporting, data entry, and basic research.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proactive & Independent: Takes initiative, follows up on tasks, and nudges when necessary.
- Highly Organized: Able to bring structure and efficiency to workflows.
- Strong Communicator: Professional and clear in both written and verbal English.
- Basic Design Skills: Comfortable using Canva for content creation.
- Basic Ads Knowledge: Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn ad setup & tracking.
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
