Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking an experienced and resourceful Project Manager to lead the development and execution of a cutting-edge AI application. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with technical depth, extensive project management experience, and a proven track record of guiding remote cross-functional teams to successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Lead and coordinate distributed teams including developers, designers, and QA specialists.
• Facilitate all sprint ceremonies: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Mitigate project risks and remove blockers to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor and report on project progress, timelines, and budget utilization.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and process templates.
• Define and track KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience managing large technical teams (90+ resources).
• Hands-on experience in software or AI application development projects.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Basecamp, or similar.
• Solid understanding of technologies such as PHP, Laravel, WordPress, AWS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Docker, Git.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Background in software engineering or IT.
• Experience in budget management and business process re-engineering.
• Strategic thinker with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Able to work autonomously and make high-level decisions confidently.
