Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking a Senior Web Designer to create visually engaging and user-centric websites, applications, and digital interfaces. This role requires blending creativity with usability — ensuring client projects not only look stunning but also deliver intuitive, brand-aligned experiences. You’ll work closely with developers, content creators, and strategists to bring concepts to life from ideation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive websites and digital experiences with a strong focus on UX/UI best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, strategists, and content teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Translate brand guidelines and business objectives into consistent, compelling digital experiences.
• Create graphics and visual assets for web, app, and social media use.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure all design outputs align with each client’s brand identity, voice, and vision.
• Stay updated with the latest industry tools, design trends, and standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional web design experience (agency background preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design, responsive design, and graphic design work.
• Proven ability to interpret brand identity and translate strategy into visuals.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or XD.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, user behavior, and interaction design.
• Experience with HTML/CSS (basic coding knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

• Motion design or animation experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience in branding and visual identity design.
