Job Overview
Our client is a fast-growing creative agency with a strong focus on social media and storytelling. They specialize in crafting compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and elevate brand presence. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a highly experienced Brand Designer with a sharp eye for aesthetics and strong digital content expertise to help define and evolve their visual identity across all platforms.
This role is instrumental in shaping the agency’s brand—from social media and digital assets to promotional materials and merchandise. The ideal candidate has a strong background in branding, motion graphics, and social media design, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain And Whyte’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Develop and implement visual brand guidelines across social media, websites, decks, and marketing collateral.
- Create cohesive branding systems for And Whyte and any sub-brands.
- Design 4 static visuals per week or 2 motion graphic animations tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Produce engaging content such as posts, ads, stories, and campaign assets to drive visibility and engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and integrate creative approaches aligned with best practices.
- Design branded merchandise and internal marketing materials that reflect our agency’s essence.
- Develop on-brand pitch decks and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across departments while pushing innovative design ideas and trends.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding work, social content, motion graphics, and promotional materials.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong motion graphics and animation skills are a must.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

- Experience in video editing.
- Background in art direction or content strategy.
- Understanding of branding for service-based agencies.
