Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search & YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Own daily optimizations to improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV across multiple markets and funnel stages.
- Develop structured A/B and multivariate tests on ads, targeting, landing pages, and placements.
- Use first-party data, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Work closely with web and product teams to streamline user flows and improve conversion rates.
- Continuously refine lead and conversion funnels using performance data and behavioral insights.
Data & Performance Reporting
- Own performance tracking and attribution using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboards, etc.
- Set up and maintain campaign reporting dashboards with clean, actionable metrics.
- Present regular insights, learnings, and budget recommendations to marketing and leadership teams.
Agility & Collaboration
- React quickly to performance dips, trends, or competitor moves with real-time campaign adjustments.
- Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, tech) to execute fast turnaround marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, beta features, and emerging media buying tactics.
What You Bring
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially in managing paid campaigns across key digital platforms.
- Proven track record of improving CAC and scaling ad spend profitably in past roles.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, campaign structures, attribution models, and funnel stages.
- Experience working with tools like GA4, Meta Events Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing flows, CRM platforms (like HubSpot/Klaviyo), and light automation tools like Zapier.
- Comfortable in high-speed environments with the ability to execute, measure, and iterate quickly.
Contract Type: Full-time Contract
Contract Term: 1 year, renewable
