In this role, you’ll be joining our team to drive performance marketing campaigns end-to-end for one of our clients, from traffic generation to conversion tracking, landing page flows, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Own the full media strategy: budgeting, targeting, bidding, and creative testing
- Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, and LTV based on business goals
Conversion Funnel & Landing Pages
- Understand the full journey from ad click to lead or sale
- Work with no-code tools like Webflow, Unbounce, or Zapier to build or optimize flows
- Set up and automate form responses, thank-you pages, and CRM handovers
- Make recommendations to improve page load speed, design, and conversion rates
Email & Retargeting Flows
- Create simple but effective email automations and nurturing sequences
- Set up retargeting campaigns across Meta and Google to maximize conversions
- Support lifecycle marketing with insight from ad performance
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs
- Monitor funnel performance and spot drop-offs or friction points
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in paid media and full-funnel marketing
- Expert-level understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience with no-code tools like Zapier, Webflow, or similar
- Strong grasp of landing page principles and conversion best practices
- Bonus: experience with email tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
- Ability to think strategically but execute hands-on across the funnel
