Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join one of our clients, a growing international luxury hospitality group. The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives and work closely with a remote marketing team to develop high-converting campaigns that drive qualified leads, increase hotel enquiries, and ultimately lead to more bookings across key global markets. This is a remote role with flexibility, but performance and results are highly emphasized.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Generation Strategy:
Design and execute targeted lead generation strategies focused on ROI and conversion, specifically in the UK, Australia, US, Middle East, South East Asia, Japan, and Korea.
✅ Team Leadership:
Manage and guide the remote marketing team to execute impactful campaigns aligned with business goals.
✅ Drive Conversions:
Develop and optimize marketing funnels that lead to increased hotel enquiries, direct bookings, and overall conversions.
✅ Content & Social Media Management:
Oversee engaging content creation across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to build brand awareness and drive website traffic.
✅ Digital Campaigns:
Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, SEO, and paid ads with clear CTAs and measurable outcomes.
✅ Market Research & Adaptation:
Continuously monitor market trends and audience behavior to refine regional strategies and targeting.
✅ Performance Tracking:
Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Key Qualifications
✅ 3+ years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors
✅ Proven track record of delivering high-converting campaigns that result in bookings or qualified leads
✅ Strong understanding of global audience segmentation across the UK, Australia, US, Middle East, SE Asia, Japan, and Korea
✅ Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics dashboards, CRM, and email marketing platforms
✅ Experience managing remote teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts
✅ Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
✅ Able to work independently and thrive in a remote, results-oriented environment
