- Align all marketing efforts with the company’s sales funnel and pipeline goals
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels
- Analyze performance data across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.) and translate into actionable insights
- Ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Set campaign KPIs and oversee budget planning, spend optimization, and ROI tracking
- Own marketing calendars, project timelines, and delivery quality
- Collaborate closely with Sales and the executive team to adjust strategy based on business goals and feedback
- Present monthly and quarterly reports to the Sales and Marketing Director, highlighting results, wins, and improvement opportunities

- Proven experience leading demand generation campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience managing remote marketing teams and freelancers
- Deep knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO basics, CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive), and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication, delegation, and project management skills
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capabilities
- Comfort working in async environments and leading cross-functional collaboration
Nice-to-Have
- Background in agencies or multi-brand environments
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio or Power BI (other relevant tools)
- Basic design knowledge and the ability to give constructive creative feedback
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Zapier, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
