Job Overview
Our client, a fast-growing group in Singaporeβs dynamic F&B scene, is looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital growth strategies across three exciting brands. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with strong digital expertise β particularly in F&B or retail β and has a sharp understanding of the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website UX/UI, speed, and conversion.
- Drive traffic and increase online orders through strategic digital campaigns.
- Oversee and execute social media presence.
- Improve brand visibility through trend-informed strategies.
- Run SEO: keyword research, 4 blogs/month, site optimization.
- Launch/manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Propose CRM solutions to capture and nurture leads.
- Track and report lead generation performance.
- Support pre-launch digital setup (SEO, content, lead gen).
- Lay the foundation for brand awareness and digital traction.
Must-Haves
- 3+ yearsβ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Background in F&B or retail, with strong SG market knowledge.
- Skilled in Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on with SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Portfolio that shows strong content and campaign execution.
- CRM experience: HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.
- Data-driven mindset and campaign performance tracking skills.
- Creative, strategic, and independently resourceful.
Nice to Have
- Pre-launch brand strategy experience.
- Exposure to managing multiple F&B brands.
- Familiarity with SGβs delivery platforms and consumer behavior.
