What We Need You to Show Us:

• Social Media Star: You've grown social media accounts to 10k+ followers and have the proof!
• Campaign Pro: You've run Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Email Marketing campaigns that got great results (and you can show us).
• Team Player & Leader: You have experience managing a team or coordinating projects with others.

What You'll Do:

• Create and run digital marketing plans for our clients (covering social media, Google Ads, email, SEO, and content).
• Be a key contact for clients, making sure we're hitting their goals.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Plan and post great content for social media and keep the community engaged.
• Help find new leads for clients.
• Run email marketing campaigns.
• Track how things are going and share reports with clients.
• Guide and support junior team members or interns.
• Work with our remote team to get things done.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Can show us a portfolio of your best work in social media growth, paid ads, and email marketing.
• Have experience leading a team or projects.
• Are good with numbers and making smart, data-based decisions.
• Can talk to clients easily and manage projects well.
• Are organized, can work on your own, and enjoy remote work.
• Bonus: Experience with US-based clients.
