Your Role
The goal iof this role is to turn the brand strategy into measurable market and dealer impact across KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles and GASGAS. The position owns the annual marketing plan and leads brand, product, communications, events and trade marketing, with a clear mandate to improve brand metrics and customer experience.
Your Tasks
- Brand & product: Translate distinct brand positioning into integrated campaigns and model-year launches across street, offroad and e-mobility; partner with Racing, R&D, Product Management and Sales to turn product and racing stories into demand.
- Trade marketing & dealer upgrade: Own the dealer marketing strategy and retail experience standards across the three brands. Prioritize and deliver dealership upgrades, including brand presentation, point-of-sale assets, product storytelling and launch readiness, in partnership with subsidiaries and Sales.
- Dealer activations: Build scalable toolkits and co-marketing programs for local launches, test rides, ride events and community activity. Equip dealers with campaign assets and lead follow-up guidance; ensure consistent execution while allowing market adaptation.
- Planning & performance: Own the annual plan and budget by brand, market and channel. Set measurable targets for dealer adoption, upgrade rollout, activation participation, leads and conversion; track ROI and redirect investment based on results.
- Communications & leadership: Direct PR, content, social and launch events; steward brand guidelines and agencies. Lead and develop the team and establish a collaborative operating model with subsidiaries, Sales and the creative studio.
Your Profile
- 10+ years in brand, product and trade marketing, including 5+ years leading teams
- Proven experience improving dealer or retail environments and delivering multi-market activations
- Ownership of international launches, annual plans and multi-million-euro budgets, ideally in automotive, powersports, sports or premium consumer goods
- Strong communications, agency and stakeholder management; analytical, ROI-driven approach and fluency in digital and performance marketing
- Excellent English skills
- German advantageous
- Passion for motorcycles and motorsport is a plus
