Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Clean and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources;
• Develop and test machine learning models to support business decision-making;
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and key drivers;
• Collaborate with ML Ops team to integrate analytical solutions into operational workflows and ensure reliability, scalability, and ongoing performance;
• Evaluate model accuracy and effectiveness, implementing continuous optimization and tuning;
• Work closely with Process Analysts to collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on improved processes, increased productivity, and reduced costs;

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position required (min. 1-2 years);
• Good knowledge of SQL Querying and expertise in Python / R;
• Graduate of Automatics, Cybernetics, Informatics or Mathematics;
• Good knowledge of Statistics and Mathematics;
• Good command of English;
• Knowledge of GitLab and Databricks would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau would be an advantage;
• Analytical skills;
• Customer oriented.
