Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with over 7 years of experience. This role involves working on AI/ML applications, data pipelines, and visualizations, primarily using Python. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and identifying issues in newly developed AI/ML applications and coordinating resolutions with technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify issues in AI/ML applications.
• Coordinate resolution efforts with various teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to explain issues and solutions in a non-technical manner.
• Ensure quality resolutions and implementations according to CI/CD processes.
• Work with technologies and methodologies such as Pandas, PySpark, Dash, Kedro, YAML, SQL queries through Python, modeling, feature selection, and model validation.

Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in English.
• 7+ years of experience in building and maintaining Python-based ML/AI solutions and data pipelines.
• Excellent Python coding skills.
• Expertise in the mentioned technology and methodology stack.
• Flexibility to work across time zones.
• Experience with productivity tools like JIRA, XRAY, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a global, complex, multinational organization.
• Prior exposure to the pharmaceutical industry or heavily regulated environments.
• Scientific degree/PhD in pharmaceutical or life sciences fields.
• Basic commercial insight as a consultant, able to spot opportunities for growth.
