Web Designer

Kreativa Group, a creative and marketing agency based in Miami and Los Angeles, is seeking a talented and innovative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for beautiful yet functional design, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories. This role involves collaborating with our internal team members and our clients to produce high-quality design assets that resonate with our clients' target audiences and align with Kreativa Group's standards of excellence. This is a 1099 contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of digital creative assets, including websites, landing pages, performance creative (ads) for our clients
• Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and brand guidelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our creative offerings
• Manage projects (usually no more than two simultaneously) from concept through completion
• Meet with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis providing project updates on status, design progress, design reviews
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design and technology to keep Kreativa Group at the forefront of the industry

Qualifications

• US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Miami, FL
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and with web design tools (Figma)
• Experience in the most common web platforms - Shopify, Webflow, Wordpress
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative projects
• Adaptable, forward thinking, open to embracing AI through smart prompt engineering
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with a passion for design, innovation, and learning
• NOTE: We will only accept and review qualified candidates from the US and with submitted portfolios. International candidates or submissions without a portfolio will be ignored
