We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to create exceptional digital experiences across our omnichannel platforms and conversational AI interfaces. You'll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our products, translating complex requirements into elegant, intuitive designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and functional UI/UX solutions for omnichannel experiences and conversational AI platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to implement design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conduct user research and behavior analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts
• Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, conversational flows, user flows and service blueprints to guide development.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and graphic interface elements that align with brand identity and digital aesthetics.
• Present design concepts effectively to business teams and stakeholders, articulating design rationale clearly.
• Make strategic design decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while staying current with industry trends.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably within cross-functional teams or digital product environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Experience designing for conversational interfaces, chatbots, or voice assistants is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is considered an asset.
• Experience with motion design or prototyping tools is considered an asset.
