Qualifications (Must Have)

• Sitecore Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in Sitecore Experience Platform 9.x/10.x implementation (Azure PaaS is a must). Strong familiarity with Sitecore modules/products ecosystem.
• Backend Development: Deep server-side Sitecore development expertise including Sitecore MVC, API development, C#, and .NET technologies.
• Frontend Development: Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript with moderate experience in modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• CMS Best Practices: Proficient in content publishing, workflow, custom fields, template design, RSS feed, media library management, and integration with analytics tools.
• Performance Optimization: Experience in analyzing & resolving Sitecore CMS performance issues; strong knowledge of SOLR, Azure Search, caching strategies.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on automation expertise with Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for deployments, environment orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Documentation & Analysis: Skilled in writing technical specifications, enablement stories, and platform component diagrams.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Familiar with QA processes for CMS applications (functional, non-functional, and A/B testing). Able to conduct configuration/code reviews ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards.
• Agile Mindset: Ability to collaborate with Product Owner, Platform Owner, and squad in Agile environments to deliver features rapidly.
• Certification: Sitecore Advanced Solution/Developer Certification (mandatory).
• Experience: 8+ years of Sitecore Development experience with proven project delivery record.
