What you’ll be doing?

As a Senior Product Designer at Koyfin, you will directly collaborate with the founder/CEO and senior leaders to shape our platform's future. Your role involves identifying user needs, creating innovative solutions, and designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. Your work will significantly enhance user engagement with our financial analytics, ensuring accessibility and actionability. Embracing Koyfin's remote work culture, this role offers the flexibility to work from home or a local coworking space.

• Building Koyfin’s customization and dashboard capabilities to enable users to create fully personalized versions tailored to their needs.
• Lead the design process from ideation to execution for new features and improvements, ensuring they meet our high standards for design excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to define design requirements and develop solutions that align with Koyfin's strategic objectives.
• Act as a project manager to coordinate and move projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, focusing on enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continued development of Koyfin's design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design practices.

Who we’re looking for?

• 4-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on SaaS platforms or similar digital products.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Expertise in using Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to lead projects forward.
• A passion for solving complex problems and delivering user-centered solutions.
