Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead with proven experience in fintech and cross-border payments to lead our user acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is performance-focused, data-driven, and experienced in building and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing strategies, optimizing user conversion funnels, managing referral initiatives, and reporting on key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms
Develop and execute paid media strategies to acquire high-quality users at efficient cost
Design and optimize the referral program, including incentive structures, user flows, and performance tracking
Collaborate with design and product to implement and test landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion improvements
Create and manage campaign performance reports, with clear tracking of CAC, LTV, activation rate, and retention
Conduct structured experiments to improve marketing effectiveness and user activation
Support the implementation of engagement campaigns to improve retention and transaction frequency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing within a B2C fintech or cross-border payments company
Demonstrated ability to scale user acquisition through paid digital channels with clear ROI accountability
Experience managing and optimizing referral programs for customer growth
Strong analytical skills with fluency in marketing performance tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar
Proven track record of working cross-functionally to implement conversion and activation improvements
Comfortable working with autonomy, prioritizing multiple initiatives, and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience
End-to-end campaign ownership, including targeting, creative briefing, execution, and reporting
Direct experience improving onboarding or conversion funnels for mobile-first products
Familiarity with user behavior in international payments, wallets, or consumer financial apps.
