About the role:
We are seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead digital acquisition initiatives, drive qualified lead generation, and improve buyer experiences across its self-serve eCommerce ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in performance marketing and CRM operations, and has a deep understanding of B2B eCommerce buyer behavior—especially in self-serve, self-buying environments.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales to improve digital conversion paths, scale marketing impact, and support product-led growth.
Location: Argentina, Ecuador or Colombia (remote).
What you will do
Lead Generation and Campaign Execution
- Plan and manage multichannel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, and LinkedIn
- Build and execute automation workflows, segmentation logic, landing pages, and lead scoring in HubSpot
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, reporting, and continuous iteration
- Maintain and enrich target lead lists, and align closely with the Sales team on pipeline acceleration
eCommerce Growth and Buyer Journey Optimization
- Map and continuously refine self-serve buyer journeys across digital product lines to improve acquisition and conversion
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to enhance onboarding flows and support a seamless user experience
- Work closely with Product to align on digital product launches, new features, and enhancements that support our marketing strategies
- Contribute to revenue generation through digital channels that do not rely on direct sales engagement, enabling customers to evaluate, onboard, and activate independently
- Ensure all modals, campaigns, and in-product messaging reflect product value and drive user activation
CRM Ownership and Reporting
- Own day-to-day CRM operations in HubSpot, including automation, segmentation, and campaign tracking
- Analyze campaign data to identify drop-offs and optimize performance at each stage of the funnel
- Develop reporting dashboards and contribute insights on marketing effectiveness to leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on strategic priorities, OKRs, and performance goals
- Partner with Sales to understand objections and feedback, and adapt campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with Product on coordinated rollouts of new features, lighter product versions, and eCommerce enhancements
- Support lifecycle campaigns, onboarding communications, landing pages, and sales enablement content
What do we expect from you
- 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing in a B2B or SaaS organization
- Proven expertise with HubSpot, including workflow automation, segmentation, lifecycle management, and reporting
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads, outbound nurture campaigns, and optimizing self-serve conversion funnels
- Deep understanding of B2B eCommerce behavior, particularly in product-led or self-buying models
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and improve campaign performance based on insights
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience operating in global, cross-functional environments is preferred
