User Experience Designer

Senior UX Designer

Korn Ferry are looking for a Senior UX Designer to work on an exciting product - with a well-funded, AI Start-Up in the Reg-Tech space. You will need to craft intuitive, accessible, and elegant experiences across our platform. You'll simplify complex workflows, lead design strategy, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver user-centered solutions at scale.

We are looking to engage contractors/freelancers/B2Bs on a longterm basis

You must be based within the EU and able to work as a contractor/freelancer/B2B without sponsorship

You must speak fluent English

Primarily remote engagement, occasional travel to London expected

What You'll Do:

• Lead UX design efforts from concept to execution, including research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Drive the creation and evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and speed
• Translate user insights into seamless, beautiful, and accessible interfaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers in an agile environment
• Champion usability and accessibility in every release

What You Bring:

• Strong background in UX/UI design or HCI, with hands-on experience shipping digital products
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user research
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
• Proven ability to solve real user problems and deliver measurable impact
• Comfortable working in modern product and engineering cultures
