Software Engineer - LLM | Agentic AI

Contract Length: 12 months

Location: Remote (EU)

Work Model: 2pm to 10pm Central European time

Salary: $3000 - $6000 per month

We're hiring a hands-on mid-senior AI Software Engineer to help build and ship AI-powered features at a fast-moving product company.

You'll work alongside an experienced technical architect who sets direction, while you focus on execution, shipping features, and improving the product.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered product features end-to-end (API → backend → UI)
• Develop agentic workflows (LLM integrations, tool-calling agents, content pipelines)
• Integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
• Write clean, testable TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python
• Build and maintain REST APIs
• Contribute to React / Next.js frontend applications
• Write automated tests (unit, integration, E2E)
• Deploy to production and iterate quickly
• Work inside an existing codebase and improve it
• Collaborate closely with product and architecture to ship fast

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python
• Experience building real web applications (React/Next.js + Node.js)
• Hands-on experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, etc.) - this is essential
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Solid Git workflow and CI/CD fundamentals
• Self-starter mindset - small team, low ego, high ownership
