We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to lead and evolve our global marketing operations function. This role is responsible for building the infrastructure, systems, and processes that power marketing execution at scale—from campaign operations and lead management to reporting and analytics. You will drive operational excellence across marketing programs, optimize our tech stack (with a strong focus on Marketo), and ensure tight alignment between teams to support global go-to-market initiatives.
This is a high-impact role that requires a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates autonomously, and has the ability to both dive deep into the details and confidently present insights and strategy at the executive level.

Salary Range
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00
_Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

__Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays. Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
