Within the HCM Integrations solution, Korn Ferry Digital offers packed solutions to Workday and SAP, bringing Korn Ferry IP directly into the flow of work, inside HCMs. KF Listen captures employee feedback and engagement data, providing actionable insights to enhance organizational culture and performance. Profile Manager helps organizations create and manage success profiles, ensuring alignment between individual roles and strategic goals. The growth of KF Digital in this domain is driven by the seamless integration of these solutions, enabling organizations to foster a high-performance culture and achieve strategic objectives effectively.

We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager for our Korn Ferry HCM Integrations who will drive the development and growth of our innovative SaaS based application used by organizations globally to design roles and organizational structures.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Korn Ferry HCM Integrations of Assess and Select. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, developers, designers, and other product managers to deliver products that meet the needs of our diverse and demanding markets.

You will also be involved in researching customer needs, validating product ideas, prioritizing features, writing user stories, testing prototypes, launching products, and measuring outcomes. You will be the voice of the customer and the champion of the product within the organization.

You’ll partner with commercial teams, solution consultants, external vendors, product managers, data science, data engineers, architects, and engineers to contribute to the overall success of the team’s roadmap and initiatives. This position reports to the Senior Director, Product Management for HCM Integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides the guiding vision for the Korn Ferry HCM Integrations within Korn Ferry and acts as a business leader of the Assess and Select Built on Workday apps.
  • Works closely with other business functions to understand needs and translates them into appropriate application functionality.
  • Leads and defines the Korn Ferry HCM Integration strategy, product roadmaps, and identifies business opportunities. Analyzes market research to define the competitive landscape and drive innovation.
  • Uncovers customer pain points and identify market opportunities through constant direct and indirect interaction with customers, prospects, go-to-market leaders, and analysts.
  • Creates business cases and seeks approval for funding from senior leadership.
  • Partners with vendors to understand product growth potential and future opportunities for innovation.
  • Works with vertical business leaders and go-to-market teams to create, launch, and scale packaged solutions for our market-leading customers to improve their end-user experiences.
  • Builds strategic partnerships/relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Works with decentralized agile development teams (process, design, build, test) to deliver products.
  • Engages in technical conversations, weighs technology choices, and communicates broadly.
  • Manages all aspects of the Korn Ferry HCM Integrations capability throughout the product life cycle, from definition to sunset.
  • Evaluates and reports on current product line performance and usage. Leads the post-implementation support from a functional and training perspective.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Creative thinker, problem solver, and innovator.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry or field.
  • HCM experience in multiple domains and platforms is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the HR Technology marketplace and integrations
  • Experience in conducting market research, customer feedback, user testing, and data analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps, user stories, specifications, and documentation.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business goals.
  • Experience in using agile methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor product development cycles.
  • Experience in launching and evaluating products using various metrics and KPIs, such as user adoption, retention, satisfaction, revenue, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to communicate product vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be willing to work collaboratively with highly distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities, growth/metrics orientation, and problem-solving acumen.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred.

Salary Range

$125,000.00 - $200,000.00

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

Employees are eligible to enroll in Korn Ferry's Tax Deferred Savings plan 401(k). Employee Stock Purchase Program is available to all permanent employees who work 20 hours or more after 6 months of service.

Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays. Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
